Does anyone have experience with Sumatran x gran nain in a colder environment? How cold can it get before its got to be dug up and brought inside? It made in through an few hours in the mid 40's last week and I swear it made it grow faster. Thanks

Now they are calling for low 40's at night, for a night or two and then back up in the fifties, this could go on, with a little help on the extreme nights, for several weeks I just don't know how far to push it with the gran nain.
it is in a very protected area but, I as much as I want to give it as much grow time as possible if we go to far then it was not worth it, cept for future referance. I guess I will cover "not with plastic" "thank you Nancy" and protect til it gets down in the low forties consistantly

Thanks!! That is good to know. I can probably let them be, for a few more weeks then.
I just noticed a second pup just poking through the mulch, of course I will put a jar or something over them when it gets below 45 or so.
