From small to big

Next year i want to double the height! The Basjoo on the right is smaller because it kept getting big chomps taken out of the leaves by the resident rabbit population early on this spring.

The trees in the back are peaches. The one on the far right is 2 years in the ground and produced 11 sweet juicy peaches this year.

Is this there first year in the ground?

Yup. In the ground around April 20th and then they sat for a long time and did very little. Bought both last fall and they say inside for the winter and grew a little, not much (cold house, no extra light).
