Default Rest of musa helen's hydrid after january 2017

Hello,here i post the image of my helen's hydrid after genuary 2017..in north italy the temperature was all days below 0 ( i have not covered the stem)i have thinked
that it not freezing,Instead it is rotted and i had to cut all the stem)I thought resist more (It is crossed with sikkimensis)
