Overwinter musa in garage
Good morning,i would like to know if possible cut the stem of musa for overwinter in garage or is better leave all long stem?

I've never done it but I would cut all leaves off the pstem and dig it up. Overwinter the whole pstem unless you have space restrictions.

I don't know where you're located (I don't understand what Montecelli brusata is.), but if you're in zone 8b, I'd leave the stem, at least to start with. If you can observe it regularly, you can always cut it later, It's always better to start out with a bigger stem, in the spring.
