Default Musa not growing

Hi all,
I'm new to the forum
I have a lot of questions
I had a musa for 2 years, I gave pups to all my friends,. But this year
The tree it's not doing good
,almost died I had to pull from ground
And put it in a planter

The soil is a mix of perlite
Compost and a bit of sphagum
The water drain very well
Almost too fast
So, the problem is that since May I had only a couple of leafs
And soon they become dry and brown
Any help please

One of the photos shows the bottom of the leaf at the top of the soil. How deep are you planting the corm? .... The top of the corn (where it turns white on the pstem) should be at the soil surface!

The photos shows marginal chlorosis similar to over watering or Calcium deficiency. .... After looking again, I think calcium deficiency with the leaf splitting & curling. Try treating with 30 g of calcium per pot and may be a 1/2 table spoon of calcium nitrate.
