Default movine pups now?? bad time maybe

shall i move pups i have around 4 or 5 and would like to start a few new plants, is it bad time of year as getting olcd now in kent............ shall i wait to spring..

You would be better advised to keep them where they are until spring. If you transplant them now and it becomes cold, they will not have time to root sufficiently.
Protect them from the cold for now.
