Default Fungus?

Some of the new growth leaves growing on my musa basjoo are coming out without the leafy part and are pale yellow. Is this a fungus? If so, which fungicide is best for this type of banana plant?

TIA!

Some leaves come out like that.. and turn green a zone might helpful or continent.. indoors or out.. The leaf gets greener when it opens up.

Zone 7b outdoor. I've had the plant in-ground for over 10 years. I've never seen this before.

Probably just an issue with a few leaves and will sort itself out in a month or two.

Many times a leaf will look pale yellow or green until it hardens off and gets more sun.
