Default Dwarf Orinoco Winter survival?

Is this species hearty enough to leave in the ground throughout the winter here in Michigan and survive? If so where can i get some and will it bear fruit eventually?

Default Re: Dwarf Orinoco Winter survival?

well, looking at other posts, it seems pretty hardy but for fruiting bananas I think dwarf brazilian comes out tops. But you never know unless you try.

as far as buying them is concerned.
