Everytime I see your pics im just wowed. We need to start taking bets of when the flower will pop. Can't be long. I bet the leaf after next will be a flag! Are the leaves getting any shorter yet?

Not yet looks like a long one coming up from center, not depicted due to the angle, but as fat as she is can't be long.. Just probably not enough time to develop if winter is anything like last year..

Approximately when do you get your first frost? Around end of November? Is 3 months enough to fill a bunch but not ripen?

Last years flowered on 09/10/13 and didn't come close so I guess we'll see, and hope for better, and later winter; unlike last year..

Wow that thing is gunna have a huge bunch, just hopefully it happens soon so you will be able to eat some. Do you think there is anyway to control height/time to bloom in the future, say with lower N and high K diet?
