There's too few details in the photo to tell what it is. A picture of the petioles would help a lot. My best guess is "Namwah" (Pisang Awak), but there's certainly other possibilities.

I would guess 'Dwarf Namwah', but as suggested, post some more photos if you can.

Kinda resembles the Blue Java, but without the 'blue' tinge on the 'nanners.

It does, but the pedicels (fruit stems) are too short for Blue Java.
