What kind is this?

I got 7 of these at 20c a pound at a store called Strawberry Town in central Florida. They even had a try one for free deal!:2720: My Mom says they're called "Cuban bananas" but we're not sure. Picture taken after we got home, about 3 or so hours after we got them. The skin is much thinner than normal bananas (the kind from most grocery stores, Cavendish), and they're much sweeter and better tasting than store ones too.

What kind of bananas are these?

Those are "Nino" bananas. They used to grow on my parents backyard back in Puerto Rico. They are way smaller than the "supermarket" bananas, but much more sweet. I used to fry them. Believe me, they are good. I've seen some nurseries and "online" stores carrying plants for sale.
