Default What is this???

I know its small and that will make it harder to tell. I bought this as a Musa Sikkimensis "red tiger" but im begining to think it looks like an ensete ventricosum. What do you guys think???

Ensete Ventricosum, hands down. Definitely not a musa at all. Easiest way to tell ensetes from musas (IMO anyway) is the general leafing structure. Musas send one leaf at a time, which comes out of the last leaf's petiole. Ensetes send new leaves from the inside of the pstem (as in the pic).

Thanks everybody it does look nice but now I have another plant that I have to bring indoors for the winter...I was really wanting a sikkimensis so I could try to overwinter it in the ground...

It's an Ensete. You might be able to post a trade with someone on the site. I'm sure someone with a few sikkimensis would like to get an Ensete that is not too big, and looks that good!
