Default Unknown basjoo

I've been growing basjoo bananas for 20 years. Recently I bought a few more I noticed that new leaves coming up have very light red underleaf color w center of top side of leaf red also. Almost looks like a very lighter shade of my ventricosum. Not sure if these are really basjoos

Mine gets reddish coloration sometimes, and a red midrib on top. Far as I know it's a standard Basjoo.

Ditto, my basjoo are getting nice and happy in full sun in the ground this week. Nice red midrib developing.

I've noticed the same thing, been growing basjoos for a few years now and never noticed so much red on the under leaves and ribs, maybe the cold winter?
