Unknown banana plant from Madeira Island
One friend of mine saw this plant there and hask me if i know what it is... please help me. Thank you!

It is a wild type Musa acuminata of some kind, but can't say exactly which subspecies or variety without seeing it flower.

It's a seeded variety, not generally considered edible, and often times outside of their native habitat without pollinators they don't even set seed, just small empty fruits which never develop.
