Is there anyone out there doing tissue culture Blue Java bananas, or should I just steer clear of any that are obviously TC’d? I know over the last few years, agristarts was selling mislabeled bananas. But at this point, is anyone doing the real thing?

most "icecream blue java" TCs are going to end up as Namwah type bananas, or Orinoco. I did get one that appears to be a Gros Michel type. If you really want a Blue Java, then you should probably ask if anyone here has a pup that they would sell.
Though, Namwah is really good tasting. |
