Are these Sabas?

BANANA IN SYRUP Ingredients : • 6 medium ripe Saba (or plantain bananas) • 2 cups sugar • 3 cups water • 1/2 tsp. salt Cooking Procedures : 1. Pour water in a saucepan. Thank you! I can't wait to try it, course it'll have to be store bought bananas for now ..... unless someone puts some of their homegrown nanas up for sale!!
