Default Rescued Orphan Mystery Banana.

I mounted a rescue mission this morning to save this poor thing from certain death, or at least neglect and loneliness. It was growing in a nest of fire ants, I found that out too late. So 30 bites later she's home and needs a name, anyone have any ideas ? The pseudostem is very pale yellow/gold . Thanks.

I would guess Orinoco, don't quote me on that.

I second that. Looks a lot like Orinoco. That's a good one for your area, Felix. Loves the heat, plus is pretty cold-hardy also.
