Default Red banana ID please

Hello, I friend of mine have here few of this red edible bananas and I would like to know what variety is it.

To plant this suckers is better let it dry few days before or I can plant it now?, to root is best first in pots or I can plant them directly on the ground, I was thinking of submerging the roots for two hours with fungicide, worth doing this?

Regards.

There are some minor variations, but basically it is just a standard 'Red', sometimes called 'Tall Red' to distinguish from the 'Dwarf Red'
