It looks to be a nicely plump Burro nanas. But, need more pictures for positive ID.

Re: Please What banana is this?
It's hard to judge the size of them. And They look a bit too bright green to be nam wah.
They look a like a smaller fat type. Especially in the second picture.

Re: Please What banana is this?
No, that's why we need more pictures... But Burro (Bluggoe) will lose the angular appearance if allowed the fill out to plump. Google pics of the Burro. ... This picture link appears to be in Portugal and the blog discussion seems to be naming sub-varieties of the Bluggoe/Orinoco nanas. ... Could be a Namwah ???

Re: Please What banana is this?
I was thinking Namwah as well, the pointy ends. Pic is too dark, so color is useless.
Also, there's more to climate than north and south. Be careful. Lakes, mountains and valleys among other things can cause microclimates.

What it seems I actually have: Brazilian, Cavendish, Namwah, Dwarf Red, Gros Michel, Pisang Ceylon, Veinte Cohol and SH 3640, and American Goldfinger. FHIA 1, Paggi and FHIA 17... Always room for one more. |
