Please help identify

Hoping for help identifying 3 bananas plants. All were sold to me by Wellspring Gardens; #1 in 2013 and #2+3 in 2020. They were all sold as blue java/ice cream, but I gather now most bananas sold by that name are not what they claim to be. I think #1 is a separate species from #2+3 since the latter appear to have pink 'veins' which #1 never did. So far it has been noted Wellspring has sold Nam Wah as blue java before so I suspect it may be one of these but I don't know how to identify bananas very well at all so would appreciate help hopefully finding out for certain what these are. I have photos posted in my galleries (sorted by number). Thanks! :2623:

What exactly do you mean by bud? I don't have flowering pix of 2+3 since I haven't had them all that long, they're still pups. But #1 there are pix of a young pup it grew, the flower, and the bananas it made. If it can be identified with that that would be great, or if not then I may need instructions of what exactly I need pix of (even if it means waiting for it to flower again). I'm not really familiar with how banana identifications are made so I'm not really certain what I should be taking photos of.

Kat - No photos are showing - Namwahs do have pink veins and leaf borders but so do other varieties. Generally, photo id requires high res photos of mature pstem with bloom and fruit hanging.
But, someone might venture an opinion if photo was available? Yes lots of BJ ice creams turn out to be namwahs
... Good luck

Your post does NOT contain any pictures, that's what it means.

Umm.. they're posted in my galleries. As I stated towards the end of my first paragraph. They are sorted by number and there were quite a few of them so I figured people could just look at the gallery albums for pix since they're all already posted there

copy/paste the photos in you thread, most people don't mind giving out any knowledge on what they may be but if I gotta go dig through a gallery i'll just pass over the post. IMHO.

Re: Please help identify

Alright.. sorry it took me a minute to get to this, I had to look up how to post the photos to a thread. Here is #3 (which I was going to leave outside, but did end up bringing inside this year.. I'll try it outdoors next year when it is a bit more established). The last photo is 2 and 3 together.. I believe they are the same variety, whatever they are. Also I'm sorry I don't know how to rotate them to properly be oriented right side up on bananas.org, they were oriented correctly on my pc when I uploaded but some went sideways when uploaded.

Then this is #2.. again, I believe it is the same as 3. If they can be identified now that would be awesome but if needed I'll take photos in the future. They're new and I haven't had fruit before.
