Default New to Bananas - help me identify?

I bought a new house in August and with it some beautiful bananas.... so I am learning to care for them - thank you all for tips and tricks. But I don't even know what kind I have.

Here is a link to my gallery where I uploaded a bunch of photos this morning.

I need to do some cleaning up of the plants obviously and welcome any and all suggestions. The weather is finally starting to cool down and I don't know if I am watering too much or not enough or how much to prune or cut them down.

Thanks!

Orinoco/Burro/Bluggoe. Very common, lots of info out there on them.
