Default Need help identifying this naner.

This is one of my friends bananas, she bought it about 7 years ago in texas, and it has never bloomed. I told her to fertilize it more because by now it should have had some naners. My guess is Dwarf Orinoco, powder on Pstem, and under the leaves, and closed petioles? Anybody have an idea what it is?

Given the appearance and that it is from Texas, Orinoco is as good a guess as any, but you won't really know until it blooms because there are many varieties that look very similar.
