Hey guys Have had my 2nd and 3rd successful banana crop, In NC this year...These are Inground Unprotected plants going on 2-3 yrs of age.I bought this as a TC off amazon listed as Ice cream..It was my first banana plant I ever owned, and now I have a forrest of different species haha ...Anyway what do you guys think it is?I have to say I believe its actually a ice cream but still sceptical..

It looks a bit like Blue Java. However, it looks really short. Did it freeze back before the bloom?

I cut her dead leaves off, and expose the green trunk when when leaves arent present in early spring, and also I open all my tops to make sure nothing chokes, and if I must cut back 6" at a time till I see push again...This made the tree skinner and a little shorter but its about 6-7'...It was a TC 2 or 3 years ago
