Help! I've never really been successful with my nanner plants since I grew up up north but now I'm in Florida I really wanted to grow Ice creams. I got these off Etsy and I'm very skeptical that they are actually the blue javas.

Those are TC plants likely from Aggristarts and too young to tell what they are. By the time they fruit and can be Id'ed it will be too late for you to ask for a refund. Many sellers know this and don't don't care what plant they send. Know your seller!
From whom did these come from? Did you buy these as 'Ice Cream' or 'Blue Java'. The Aggristarts 'Ice Cream' is Namwah and most banana plants sold as Ice Cream are not Blue Java. And many young plants sold as Blue Java were bought as Ice Cream and due to seller's confusion or ignorance are mislabeled & sold as Blue Java. |
