Hi all, I was given this plant and was told it was a Musa Saba .
Does this seem accurate? Thanks

Looks like Saba. Saba is one of the hardiest. Also very tall. Will get knocked down in high winds. Had to remove mine when a small hurricane knocked it down. Missed the pool enclosure by inches. The trunk is so massive and heavy it would have damaged the framework. Almost 2 ft in diameter at the base. Had to cut it in 3 ft sections due to the weight. It's a good dessert banana in the Philippians.

I hear that! Second day of moving the yard yesterday, got about 5/12ths done. You really notice how useless too much lawn (aka non-edible plants) are when you have to cut it lol. But looking forward to A LOT of grass clippings for my plants/compost!
