Looks like Musa basjoo, when they are young or get a chill, they can have red markings like that.

yep, M. basjoo. The red coloring alone is not entirely indicative, but you will also notice it is devoid of wax, generally a lighter shade of green and has winged, open petiole canals.

Definitly a basjoo,
mine looks exactly the same like yours, only the leafes are a bid darker.
can grow unprotected in your zone if you are in 8b.
