Plants are about 8-10 ft of stem. Light colored, looks like a common banana plant.

They are 'Ice Cream'/'Blue Java', not 'Orinoco'.

WOW .... that is the most blue that I've seen on pics of the blue Java and not be photo-shopped. .... My blue Javas only have a light coating of the blue coloring. I think the rains may be washing off some of the blue. .... Anyway you will be doing a taste test soon.

Well this is one of my original plants, have had it maybe 12 years. This will be first banana to make it to the end. This plant has come back through some of the coldest winters and always grows tall. It’s the one plant I can always count on showing up the next spring. |
