This is a photo of a "banana tree" a friend is sending me some pups from Fla. Can enyone help out? The friend has no idea. The pic is in my gallery.[IMG][/IMG]

Sure looks a lot like one of the 'Cavendish' clan to me. I couldn't tell you which one though, sorry!

Just inserted the pic; sorry for the delay. The pups have arrived and are in the ground, but still too small for ID'ing. There is no red tint to the leaves however, and I thought Cavendish would have the red tint?
