One on the left looks like a Maurelli, but is a bit paler than what I have seen, especially under the leaves, but pinker than standard ventricosum. I think ventricosum is pretty variable though. The one on the right is Maurelli

To the right is Maurelii.But why Ventricosum with pink stem ???

Maurelii is a cultivar of ensete ventricosum. The one on the right is maurelii, one on the left looks like a maurelii that has mutated back to be a bit more green in the leaves but still keep the red stem. Nice looking plants.
