Default I hope someone can ID this plant...

I posted two pictures in my gallery of the plant since I'm too dense to figure out how to post here. :-)

The larger it gets, the more red comes out. It's a really pretty plant. (of course, they all are)

Anna.. I noticed no one has replied yet and wish I could help you. At first I thought it looked alot like my dwarf red, but after going out and taking a good look, I don't think so.

And posting a pic.. it's really easy after the first time you do it. Couldn't believe it took me so long to figure it out. (Thanks MediaHound.) The secret was that little yellow symbol that looks like a mountain with a sunrise.. after you've copied your url, click on that mountainy thing when you're replying to a thread. Then put your url from your image in that box. That's only one way...

Ummm.. got it? Cuz I done confused myself! *lol*

Thanks Carolina, Frank, and MediaHound!

This plant has grown so much since the last pic, BTW. Which surprises me in the heat wave we're having now. I'll practice putting pics in my posts. Maybe I'm just being lazy and don't want to try. :-)

KRU

Brought into this country from New Guinea. Kru is wine colored, and has narrow ended fruit with green and red markings giving it an interesting and beautiful appearance. Fruit has a great flavor when fully ripe. Grows about 12 ft. tall. The Green Kru is the same flavored fruit but without the wine colored markings.

Sure thing! I hope to see pups soon. I probably drive the plants crazy looking for pups. I was ready to throw a party when my Dwarf Cavendish finally pupped last week!
