Default Is this a fruiting variety ?

We got this as a gift from neighbours when it was about 50cm tall, but it has never fruited. We have just trying chopping it down to one main trunk and sucker, so hoping for something.

Does anyone know what it is ?

Thanks in advance for any info.........

Not sure we're your at or how old the stem in the pic is but it looks like it could bloom anytime. Hard to tell in that pic but looks like plant has maxed out on size.
