I've read on here about the dwarf green actually being a dwarf red that reverted back to green.
Now I have some trays of dwarf Green, but I noticed today some of them have A LOT of red. So they reverted back to Dwarf Red?

Its certainly possible, but I would say these plants are far too young to be sure of something like that. You really have to grow them out and see until fruiting.
Young TC plants do not typically have solid traits you can infer much from.

Just because the young TC plants are more reddish doesnt mean it will correlate to the entire plant reverting, it could be a slight change where just they just have more red than others when young like this, but are otherwise still mostly green.
There are Dwarf Red off types out there where the entire plant is red just as it ought to be except the fruit which ends up being green. Its possible they could have reverted, but you really have no way lf telling unless you grow them out.
