Default Is this a Dwarf Cavendish?

I bought these today at a plant store, but they did not have any labels. The leaves are probably about 1-1 1/2 feet long. From the ground up they are about 2 feet. One has a pup that is about 3-4" and leaves about 1-2".

If you could please make a picture and post it here: leaf detail (spots or no spots), pseudostem detail, petiole detail...
It would help us, but even though - it is very small to be IDed. Try those pics, maybe someone will pop out with a cultivar name or confirm your Cavendish THeory.

if the leaves have the red spots and the stem is mostly green with maybe a hint of rust with a few dark spots or markings on the p stem it could be dwarf cavendish..it would look a lot like mine. pull some of that dead material off the p stem to help id it..

update: i have pics of what i believe to be gran nain and what i believe to be cavendish.. i see more of the big box store selling the dark red stem bananas with the red leaf spots as gran nain and the mostly green ones with the red leaf spots as dwarf cavendish..maybe they could all be wrong right along with me.
(i know a few of the big box stores make mistakes at times .. my garden is proof of it.) i obtained both my cavs and nains from small nurseries not big box sources..(i know it still maybe a big coincidence).

Ron is most likely right. especially if you picked up at a Lowe's or home depot. The one way to find out is to put the plant i nthe ground, fertilize it and see how tall it gets, and what it produces. Its a Musa for sure ( the one on the right)

Thanks for helping. I do have more pics.

For my major plants I don't go to box stores. I actually went to a local nursery that has a pretty good reputation. The bananas were a little wind swept since they rode home in the back of my pickup, even though I did try to drive slow. (Okay, maybe 40 is not that slow.)

P.S. Sorry about the trumpet vine. My neighbors trumpet vine likes to be in pictures. I just didn't see the limb until after the pictures were posted.

Yeah, looks pretty stocky and is very similar to my SDC. So this is a definite possibility.
