Question Curious about fruit I bought today...

I was at a local place with a "farmer's market" produce section. (Tom's Farms in Corona, CA, for anyone familiar with the area).
They had what they called "baby bananas"; . I haven't seen these sold locally before, but they are very good! And I got a large bunch for .79! I'm wondering what plant these come from???

They could be anything from Senorita to Misi Luki, Goldfinger, and other lady finger types of bananas.
