Hi, a friend just bought for me a little plant and according to the seller it is "Musaceae Musa banana, also known as the "truly tiny" varietal".... I am just wondering if that is true and also can it grow big and have fruits if i move it to bigger pot? That is my first banana plant and i really like it

Hello and Welcome!
The plant sounds like it is Musa ʻTruly Tinyʻ, which is a real variety. It definitely needs repotting, probably a 1-3gal to start, then later onto a 5gal. However, this variety is true to its name and does not get large at all, although Iʻve never seen one fruit, it supposed to be about 3-4ft tall when mature.
