From a distant it looks like it but can not be sure without a flower. I've grown DB and fruited and harvested before but I am not an expert.

this picture is defiantly of a Dwarf Brazilian they generally grow to 9ft i have heard of them getting to 12ft but i think thats the out side limit

not at all unusual for them to fruit at that hight DB are fast fruiter's they can flower in as little as 7 months

Well I guess it depends on how big your greenhouse is. It's about 10 or 11ft. to the top of the leaves. Maybe a dwarf ladyfinger or Super Dwarf would be a better choice.
