I'm still looking to add a verifiable Blue Java to my collection, and my local plant nursery claims they have one for sale. They often have Namwah and label them as such, along with a decent variety of other types, but they currently have one large (6' tall) banana plant that they have specifically labeled as Blue Java Ice Cream. Naturally, I'm skeptical, but considering they often stock a variety of 8 or more different types, and do label namwahs as such, AND specifically label this one as Blue Java... is it too much to hope?
Any way to tell if this IS, in fact, a Blue Java? Thanks! Carl |
