Banana ID, if possible.
Hi.
I am trying to establish a sort of "overstory" here in the killing Texas sun. I bought some Ensente and a couple of Dwarf Cavendish plants. They are growing steadily, but not quickly enough. Yesterday I was at a garden place and they had bananas half off. So I bought a five foot tall banana and rummaged around amongst the plants until I found one with a pup. It only cost 15 dollars and I thought it was a bargain for some relief for other tropicals. I hope the images are in a gallery called unknown banana. Thanks. Also, I'm not really sure what part of the plant to take pictures of. Last edited by Phyllis_H : 05-11-2011 at 02:47 PM. |
