It is looking like 'Dwarf Namwah' right now, but keep posting photos as it develops as it will become more clear as it grows.

Gabe, can you detail how you come to that conclusion so far?

The plant is mostly green and waxy, the petiole canals are not winged or spreading (they are not completely closed but are close), the bud is imbricated at the tip, the bracts are lifting before they start rolling and even then they are not rolling very much, the few bracts which have already lifted are persisting, the bud is a light purple with a pinkish element to it. Usually there is most red pigmentation on the pedicels and tips of the fruits at this stage but not always, I can still see some on some of the fruits but it is weakly pigmented.

I am not 100% confident in the ID, but we shall see how it develops.

It has been around 80F here lately but will see how long that lasts in Iowa in Oct.
