I agree with Jarred.



Some sort of Canna, very close to a banana!
Maybe dwarf, or it might just be small because of the light amount it recieves.

I dont think it is Tropicanna, just because the red does not extend far enough to the center, and it does not really resemble it to its photo or description. This is just my opinion. I have what I believe to be Tropicanna Gold, and the leaf color is consistant, besides the variegation of course.

From plantdelights.com, I can identify this as Red Stripe Canna. The size is relatively small cause it doesn't have much sunlight.
