Default Another "Ice Cream" Mystery

A couple of years ago a local nursery sold me an "ice cream" banana. Being completely clueless at the time, I thought I had a blue java. But... The green bananas aren't the slightest bit blue, the texture isn't the slightest bit fluffy and it tastes nothing like vanilla ice cream. So is it a namwa maybe ??? I would greatly appreciate it if someone can tell me what I actually have.

Here is what I can tell you about it:

I'm growing it in the north end of 9b in sandy soil and full sun.
I water it with a drip system daily during the hot months.
I feed it monthly during the growing season.
At the time of flowering the pseudostems range from 5 to 7 feet tall.
A pup that emerged this spring just flowered in December.
The bananas have a hint of pineapple flavor.

Photos below.

Thanks for your help,
Art R.

def not namwah or blue java (i'm up on those varieties specs/characteristics from same id quest)
brown speckles on stem and fruit shapes look cavendish like. i'm sure a pro will have no problem figuring it out on here.
