I got it here in San Diego from Craigslist. All the person could tell me is Thailand banana.

I'm addicted to craigslist....lol. That is where I found out about the great Musa Basjoo and that you could grow bananas in Ohio. Then I found this great website on my quest for knowledge about bananas. I've been hooked ever since....My girlfriend thinks I'm crazy too...lol

From the pseudostem color, fruit arrangement and bracts, I would guess that it is one of the Giant Cavendish cultivars. :2239:
