Why won't my bannana's grow
 

Hello, I have a musa basjoo that I have just recently purchased. Can anyone tell me how long it will take before this will grow?

Welcome to the forum.
It took a few years before my basjo took off. Also my first one died. What area or growing zone are you in? I am on the Alabama Gulf Coast and mine do better before it gets real hot, they are more of a mild climate banana for me. Hope this helps.

Up here in zone 8 they are still slow to grow but most of the winter damage has been replaced. However, as soon as the weather warms it will be almost impossible to stop them. :)
Where did you say you were from?
