What's the problem? It looks fine to me....maybe a bit curled down, but no real noticeable issue.

A full spectrum bulb..5000k or more and the higher the watts the better.

BTW Did you just get it? looks like transplant shock to me..if so it should recover. Losing A losing a few leaves won't hurt it, as long as it's putting out new ones. Put it in a window if u can and give it fresh air when possible.

Might be too wet....kinda looks wet in the picture, but it may have just been watered. Especially indoors, you have to water more sparingly than you may think. Wait till the soil is very dry on the surface and still pretty dry if you poke your finger down into it. Then give it a moderate amount and wait till it dries out again. Despite being tropical plants, bananas don't like to have their feet wet for extended periods. Well-draining soil is preferred.
