Hi! Im asking for starter plants. I do not want to buy established plants from a lnursery, as most have considerable development. This does not give me enough training in reality in attempting to develop my own crop from start.
My goal is to retire to Ecuador. However, i am living in western NC USA at present, and in an apartment, no less. This seems ideal training ground for the next 5 years.
Encouragement and constructive criticism are welcome. Thank you!

Ecuador has roughly 4 climatic zones. Bananas thrive in all of them but pit fruits such as true plums do not. Which zone are you considering?

Ecuador has some "local" awesome Nana Varieties!.....Maqueño Nana (consider a dual purpose Nana), Barraganete Plantain, Seda Nana, Rosado Nana (Musa Red Variety), Orito Nana (Ladyfinger Nana), etc......
