Hello Members,
I may introduce myself to all of members as a technician who was successful in manufacturing Spray Dried Banana, Mango & Papaya powders at Jalgaon, Maharashtra State, India during the period 1973 to 1977.
It was pure powder without any additives. Recently I came to know that only one Swiss firm manufactures Banana powder with the addition of substantial quantity of maltodextrin. I am interested to meet persons who are genuinely interested in manufacturing Spray Dried Fruit Powders.

what would be some of the uses??flavoring??can you add water and drink it??tell me more..does it hold its color??
