Dear all,
I am an italian naturalistic writer/photographer. I love palms (see my collection list on this page: Il Giardino Tropicale ) and banana trees. I also keep big sharks in my enormous marine tank (see movie here: Allevamento Squali ) and other interesting animals (eagle owls, pythons, etc). Actually I have several large Musa basjoo in my garden (see an example here: http://www.stefanobarone.net/slideshow/p006_1_1.jpg ), but next year I'll put into the ground the little Ensete glaucum I've received yesterday. I'd like to buy the winter resistant Musa velutina too. Probably my favourite banana tree is Ensete superbum that I'd keep indoor during cold months, but I cannot find small plants in Europe (only seeds, which need to be very fresh). Best regards from Italy, Stefano ::: www.StefanoBarone.net ::: Last edited by Seba : 07-17-2010 at 04:56 AM. Reason: grammar mistake |
