New member in Huntington Beach
Hello everyone. I"m Brian. I've been reading this site for awhile and wanted to say hi. I moved into a new home in Huntington Beach, CA last year, which had an ugly mismatch of landscaping. So I ripped most of it out this spring and planted some bananas.
I have never grown bananas before and certainly don't have a green thumb, but I'm reading a lot about the plants and giving it my best shot. I am currently trying to grow a Gran Nain, a few Gros Michel, two Ice Cream and just picked up a Ae Ae, which may or may not survive being mailed to me. Thanks for all the great posts and information here. Cheers
