New to this Help! Double Mahoi
I am new to growing bananas. I am in South Carolina. I have 10 double mahoi pups growing. They are still alive after 3 weeks. How big do they get? Do they need to be inside during the winter after they are trees? Grow lights? Fertilizer what kind? How Often? How fast do they grow? I have tried looking for information to hardly no avail. There seems to professional growers on here, with lots of knowledge. Thank you for sharing any information with me!

Re: New to this Help! Double Mahoi
Welcome to the Bunch. The forum Wiki has info on the Double Mahoi. And, as Cini said use the forum search for other growers and the info they posted.
You didn't any info as to where you obtained the plants or their size.... Growing advise would variety depending on the plant's stage of growth. Pictures would also help. ....I don't have any experience with that variety but I do see the plant is a zone 10 type. I'm in zone 9B and would consider grow it at the present time. May be someone in colder growing zones with post to help you. |
