Default New Banana Grower

Just started to research and learn about banana growing and harvesting. Lots of research landed me with many different opinions, and one website landed me here. Hoping to learn as much as I can from more experienced growers!! Currently have 1 plant coming to me next week, a candevish plant. I am growing in Zone 9 in South Louisiana, so any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks

Hi Scott,

welcome to the forum

If you want any advice, you may get here, make sense for your specific purpose,
it might be helpful to state, where you hail from, or at least post your hardiness
zone or both, in your particulars to the left.

Growing bananas requires different approaches in different climes.

Good luck,
Olaf
